or one-time passwords) through phone calls, SMS messages or emails. The Bank did not authorise any third-party aggregator
online portals or related mobile apps access to the Bank's systems or use of customer information.

To protect you against cyber crimes and frauds, we recommend you:
- Do not provide any personal information, i-banking login credentials to any unauthorised third parties
- Change your i-banking password regularly and choose one that is difficult to guess and different from the ones for other online services
- Check your transaction records via i-banking from time to time and review alert messages and statements issued by the Bank in a timely manner
