The Bank did not authorise any third-party aggregator online portals or related mobile apps access to the Bank's systems or use of customer information. Please click here for more information.

To protect you against cyber crimes and frauds, we recommend you:

  • Do not provide any personal information, i-banking login credentials to any unauthorised third parties
  • Change your i-banking password regularly and choose one that is difficult to guess and different from the ones for other online services
  • Check your transaction records via i-banking from time to time and review alert messages and statements issued by the Bank in a timely manner
