If you forgot your login ID or password, please visit any of our branches to retrieve or apply for a new password. After collect the new password, please click below "i-banking Service Reactivation" to reactivate i-banking service.
New arrangement of securities and investment transactions
From 2 July 2018, your Securities Cash Account and Investment Accounts (if any) have been consolidated into One Account and your securities and/or investment transactions will be settled in the corresponding One Account.
Please transfer the required fund to One Account if you wish to conduct any securities and/or investment transactions.
