We will regularly remind and arrange customers to change Business Internet Banking password. This arrangement will not affect the customers who had selected the "Frequency to change password" during change of password previously.

If you forgot your login ID or password, please visit any of our branches to retrieve or apply for a new password. After collect the new password, please click below "Business Internet Banking Service Reactivation" to reactivate Business Internet Banking service.

Transactions over the Internet may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet. There may also be a time lag in transmission of information, instruction and communication via the Internet. The Bank will not be liable for any claims on related transactions due to such reasons.

CNCBI would like to remind its customers to stay vigilant to bogus voice message phone calls, SMS messages and emails purported to be from CNCBI, claiming that there are irregularities detected from or transactions conducted with the customers' bank or credit card accounts and requesting customers to input personal information, call a bogus bank hotline number or contact an operator for account authentication. To protect you against cyber crimes and frauds, we recommend you:

Do not browse suspicious websites or click on the hyperlinks and attachments in suspicious emails/SMS messages.
Do not disclose the SMS or CNCBI Token or Security Device One Time Password to anyone.
Check the bank SMS message in a timely manner and verify your transaction records. If you have any doubt on the SMS received, contact us immediately and should stop inputting any password or transaction.
Do not provide any user information, Business Internet Banking login credentials to any unauthorised third parties.
Change your Business Internet Banking password regularly and choose one that is difficult to guess and different from the ones for other online services
Install and promptly update security software to protect your computers and mobile devices
Refrain from using public computers or public Wi-Fi to access Business Internet Banking
Check your transaction records via Business Internet Banking from time to time and review alert messages and statements issued by the Bank in a timely manner

Best viewed with Internet Explorer 9/ Firefox 23 browser in Microsoft Windows operating system or Safari 7 browser in Apple MAC operating system
Java, JavaScript, SSL and Cookies have to be enabled in browser
The best screen resolution is 1024 x 768
US Stock Trading only supports Microsoft Windows operating system with Internet Explorer 9 browser
Browser in beta version is not recommended
