Login i-banking Service
Combination of 8 - 16 letters and numbers.
With effective from 27 June 2016 ("effective date"), we have strengthened the i-banking password to allow maximum 16 numbers and letters in case sensitive. If you do not change your password after the effective date, please login with the first 8 characters of your original password, and then change to a new password which is difficult to guess.
Forgot your login ID or password? Please visit any of our branches to retrieve or apply for a new password. After collect the new password, please go to below "i-banking Service Reactivation" page to reactivate i-banking service.

Transactions over the Internet may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet. There may also be a time lag in transmission of information, instruction and communication via the Internet. The Bank will not be liable for any claims on related transactions due to such reasons.

With effect from 27 November 2016, we will regularly remind and arrange customers to change i-banking password. This arrangement will not affect the customers who had selected the "Frequency to change password" during change of password previously.
To protect you against cyber crimes and frauds, we recommend you to choose the password that is difficult to guess and different from the ones for other online services.
We will not send email requesting customers to input or update Login ID / Password through hyperlink or QR code.
Login ID and password are case sensitive.
For security reasons, you must visit our branch to obtain a new password if your account is suspended due to repeated login failures.
