The Bank has enhanced the Investor Risk Analysis Questionnaire (“New IRA”) on 19 Nov 2023. To facilitate a smooth investment order placement in the future, we recommend you to complete the New IRA via i-Banking (after login, click “Investments” > “Investor Risk Analysis”)
We announced logo refresh plan on 22 December 2022 and it will be carried out by several phases within a year. Customer service will not be affected and bank account numbers will remain unchanged. Existing passbooks, chequebooks, ATM cards, credit cards and / or documents of the Bank kept by customers will remain effective until they need to be replaced.
